Entertainment was very good throughout the day and into the evening. Sleep is a basic expectation on a holiday imo. Was busy for the time of year but still plenty of sunbeds, amazing views of the beach, sea and Tenerife.

Its basic, clean, helpful staff and is in the perfect location for us. Nice pool area, stayed SC so can't comment on food. Arrived late on due to airport delays, we received keys and directions to the room quickly. We were self catering therefore having the washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and dish towel on arrival was a nice touch! Other then that a very nice hotel.

We work to provide the best service for this matter and maintain established standards, to meet the expectations of each of our clients. First disappointment was our room was situated with the kids play area directly outside our bedroom Block B. Rooms were decent usual room nothing exceptional. Would of been nice for them to be turned off as it was nearly 2am but kids were still playing in the play area so?

The drink. The pool is great, like others have said I would advise pool shoes as the grass does get extremely warm. Overall we can't fault this hotel, we have stayed in previous years and will definitely stay again in the future. Dear customer: We sincerely appreciate your comments, which help us to improve. Management should lock the play area after midnight and turn off the lights.

Abu Dhabi hotels

Our room was cleaned all the time, fresh towels and toilet paper everyday too! It is very nice to know that you have enjoyed your holiday with us. Reception also told us new air con was due to be installed. A lot of families on the same block complained regarding the same thing. Set off to bed, turned bedroom lights off and the room was still like daylight from the floodlights right outside the room for the play area?

Bathroom seemed to of been designed on Prisoner Cell Block H for some reason? We have taken onboard your suggestions. Stayed here end of June after 2 years without a holiday.

We very rarely were around the bar at night so missed most of the evening entertainment however we did join in on a game of bingo or 2! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Worked really well, kept the rooms nice and cool. We look forward to seeing you in the near future, Kind regards,. Issue with 1 in the bedroom as it was very smelly eggs so had to keep it turned off. We cannot comment on the food as we were self catering therefore didn't eat in the hotel. Finally got some kip around 3am. Agree that 6pm is quite early for the pool to close however on numerous occasions when we were there people were still in the pool after 6 and weren't asked to leave.

Air con did become erratic towards end of the holiday regularly breaking down but was fixed quickly each time reported. Overall the hotel itself is very good but for me the lack of sleep due to the position of the play area let it down for me. We have just returned from our two week family holiday at the Mirador. The views are absolutely beautiful and totally worth it.
